Visitors have shown particular interest in the car’s distinctive contemporary-classic styling, characterised by its long bonnet, sweeping wings, prominent chrome grille and elegant coupé silhouette.
The Bufori MKIII La Joya, whose name means “The Jewel” in Spanish, combines design inspiration from the luxury automobiles of the 1930s with modern automotive engineering and advanced technology.

The Bufori MKIII La Joya is a real crowd pleaser at the Brno Autosalon.
Individually handcrafted at Bufori’s manufacturing facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the two-seater coupé features a lightweight composite body incorporating carbon fibre and Kevlar, a 2.7-litre V6 powertrain and a range of contemporary comfort, convenience and safety features.
Unlike conventional mass-produced vehicles, each La Joya is built to individual customer specifications, offering extensive opportunities for personalisation. From exterior colours and bespoke upholstery to intricate interior details, Bufori places particular emphasis on craftsmanship, exclusivity and individuality.
Gerry Khouri, Founder and Managing Director of Bufori, commented:
“Europe has always been an important market for us because of its strong appreciation for automotive design, engineering and craftsmanship. We are delighted to bring the La Joya to the Czech Republic and introduce our brand to a new audience.
What makes Bufori special is that we do not build cars in the conventional sense. Every vehicle is individually handcrafted, and our customers have the freedom to create something truly personal. We believe there will always be a place for automobiles that offer this level of individuality and attention to detail.
The interest we are receiving at international exhibitions is very encouraging. It demonstrates that people around the world appreciate what we are creating in Malaysia, and we are proud to continue representing Malaysian automotive craftsmanship on the international stage.”
Bufori’s participation in the Brno exhibition reflects the company’s strategy of developing awareness in both established and emerging luxury automobile markets across Europe.
With the Czech Republic’s strong automotive heritage and its strategic position within Central Europe, the exhibition provides an opportunity to engage with motoring enthusiasts, prospective customers and potential business partners from across the region.
The strong interest surrounding the La Joya also highlights the enduring appeal of individually handcrafted automobiles in an industry increasingly dominated by mass production.
