A particular highlight of the evening was the opportunity for Bufori founder and Managing Director Gerry Khouri to personally introduce Peter Sauber to the company’s automobiles. Sauber took the opportunity to experience the interior of the MKIII La Joya, while the two automotive enthusiasts engaged in a lively conversation about their respective companies, the challenges of building exceptional motor cars and their shared passion for Formula One.

“It was a wonderful opportunity to meet Peter Sauber and his team and exchange views about something we are all passionate about: cars. Formula One represents the pinnacle of automotive engineering and innovation, while at Bufori we pursue excellence through craftsmanship, individuality and attention to detail. Although our approaches are different, we share the same passion for creating extraordinary automobiles. It was particularly rewarding to introduce Peter to a motor car that we proudly manufacture here in Malaysia.”

said Gerry Khouri.
